LiveLoveLife Chiropractic is committed to providing clear information about our services, fees, prepaid care packages and the way we collect and handle personal information.

By using this website, submitting an enquiry, booking an appointment or purchasing services from LiveLoveLife Chiropractic, you acknowledge the terms and policies set out below.

Complimentary Consultation

​

LiveLoveLife Chiropractic may offer prospective new patients a complimentary consultation.

​

The purpose of this consultation is to give you an opportunity to discuss your concerns, learn about our approach and determine whether a chiropractic assessment may be appropriate for you.

​

The complimentary consultation:

• does not include chiropractic treatment;

• does not guarantee that chiropractic care will be recommended or appropriate;

• does not create an obligation to commence care; and

• is subject to availability and any eligibility conditions communicated at the time of booking​

 

If you decide to proceed, appropriate assessment and/or treatment fees will be explained to you.

Chiropractic care will only commence following appropriate assessment, clinical consideration and informed consent.

Appointments, Fees and Payment

​

Fees for consultations, examinations, chiropractic care and other services will be communicated to you before or at the time those services are provided.

Payment is  required at the time of service unless another arrangement has been agreed with LiveLoveLife Chiropractic.

Fees may change from time to time. Any change to our standard fees will apply prospectively and will not alter amounts already paid for an existing prepaid package unless otherwise agreed.

Please contact our team if you have questions about the cost of your care before proceeding.

Appointment Cancellation and Rescheduling

​

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, and missed appointments, may be charged the full appointment fee.

We understand that exceptional circumstances can arise and these may be considered at our discretion.

Refunds for Services Provided

​

Fees paid for consultations, examinations, assessments, chiropractic care or other services that have already been provided are generally non-refundable.

This does not affect any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.

Prepaid Care Packages

​

LiveLoveLife Chiropractic may offer prepaid care packages that provide a discounted per-visit rate compared with purchasing individual visits at the standard rate.

Purchasing a package does not guarantee a particular clinical outcome and does not require you to continue care if you no longer wish to do so.

You are free to discontinue chiropractic care at any time.

Any recommendation concerning the frequency or duration of care is based on individual clinical considerations and may be reviewed as your circumstances change.

Cancelling a Prepaid Care Package

​

If you choose to discontinue care and cancel an unused portion of a prepaid package, please contact LiveLoveLife Chiropractic.

For a voluntary cancellation that is not related to a right or remedy available under the Australian Consumer Law, services already received under the package will be recalculated using the standard individual visit fee that applied at the time the package was purchased.

Any remaining credit after that recalculation will then be refunded to you.

For example, if the standard individual visit fee was $99 when the package was purchased, visits already received would be calculated at $99 per visit. Any remaining credit after this recalculation will be refunded to you.

​

A refund cannot exceed the unused balance remaining after services already provided have been accounted for.

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Changes to or Discontinuation of Care

​

Your care is always voluntary.

You may ask questions, decline a particular approach, seek another opinion or discontinue care at any time.

LiveLoveLife Chiropractic may also recommend modifying, pausing or discontinuing care where clinically appropriate or where another healthcare provider or service may be more appropriate.

No particular outcome from chiropractic care can be guaranteed.
