For people stuck in stress, tension, headaches or pain that keeps coming back

Helping Busy People Get Out Of Survival Mode And Back To Feeling Like Themselves Again

Most people think they have a muscle problem.

Often they're dealing with a nervous system that's been carrying stress for longer than they realise.

When stress gets stuck in the body it can show up as:

Physical Symptoms

Stress and Energy

Nervous System Patterns

Neck and shoulder tension

Feeling wired but exhausted

Feeling disconnected from yourself

Headaches and migraines

Sleep challenges

Recurring aches and pains

Poor posture

Burnout and overwhelm

Constant tension that keeps returning

Jaw tension and clenching

Difficulty switching off

Feeling overwhelmed by everyday stress

These symptoms matter.

But often they're a sign of something deeper.

What we frequently find is a nervous system that has been carrying stress for longer than the body can comfortably adapt to.

That's where our work begins.

Conditions We Commonly Support

At Live Love Life Chiropractic we help identify patterns of stress held within the body and support your nervous system to function with greater ease, adaptability and resilience.

Why People Choose Live Love Life Chiropractic

What often keeps them coming back is feeling:

Meet Dr Xavier

For over 20 years, I've been helping people understand how stress, tension and life experiences can shape the way the body feels, moves and functions.

Many people arrive focused on pain.

What often emerges is a deeper understanding of how their body has adapted to stress over time.

My approach combines gentle chiropractic care and Network Spinal principles to help people reconnect with their body's natural ability to heal, adapt and thrive.

I don't believe health is simply about fixing symptoms.

It's about helping people better understand how their body responds to stress and supporting greater adaptability over time.

My goal is simple:

To create a safe space where people feel heard, understood and supported on their journey toward greater ease and resilience.

Over 20 years helping people in Woollahra, Paddington and Sydney's Eastern Suburbs.

Frequently Asked Questions

We understand choosing the right chiropractor is an important decision. Here are answers to some of the questions we're most commonly asked.

What makes your approach different?

We combine gentle chiropractic care and Network Spinal principles to help people better understand the connection between stress, tension and nervous system function.

Do you crack backs?

Not always. Many people choose our practice because they're looking for a gentler approach to chiropractic care.

What is Network Spinal?

Network Spinal is a gentle chiropractic approach that focuses on the relationship between the spine, brain and nervous system.

Can chiropractic help with stress?

Stress often shows up physically as tension, headaches, posture changes, fatigue and difficulty switching off. Our approach explores how stress may be influencing the way your body functions.

Can I come even if I'm not in pain?

Yes. Many people seek care because they want to improve resilience, wellbeing, posture and overall quality of life.

What happens at the first visit?

Your first visit begins with a complimentary consultation (detailed medical history) .

This gives us time to understand:

• What is happening in your body right now
• Your health history, injuries, stressors and goals
• How your nervous system may be responding to long-term physical, emotional or chemical stress
• Whether our approach is the right fit for you

Our primary aim is to determine if we can provide the assistance you need.

If our chiropractor believe we can help you, you may choose to proceed with a paid examination( next step on the same day).

How many visits will I need?

Every person is different. The number of visits depends on your goals, health history and how your body responds to care. During your initial consultation, Dr Xavier will discuss your individual situation and provide recommendations tailored to your needs.
